Introduction

St John's Beaumont is a very special place to learn and grow; located on a stunning 75-acre campus, adjacent to Windsor Great Park, St John's offers a high-quality academic, co-curricular and external engagement programme that propagates a myriad of talents in all our pupils, enabling them to leave as confident and resilient leaders, ready to tackle the bright futures ahead of them.

Facilities

The school is set within 75 acres of established woodland, playing fields and enjoys excellent sporting facilities. There is plenty of space for cross-country, rugby, football, cricket and more. A 25m indoor swimming pool, a rowing suite and a climbing wall are also highlights of our facilities. Of equal importance to Sport is Music, Drama, and the Arts, with many students learning an instrument and outstanding LAMDA results as well as a much-acclaimed annual drama production, with state of the art lighting and sound technology.

Philosophy

'Care for the whole person' underpins our pastoral and wellbeing programme at St John's. This means that spiritual exercise is as important as physical exercise, and learning is as important as lunch!

This passion for pupil wellbeing is responsible for the shaping of St John's students and their academic success, with our boys going to some of the top secondary schools in the country.

Leavers

Our students leave St John's aged 13 and move to some of the country's finest schools, with a third of our leavers securing academic, arts and sports scholarships or exhibitions. More importantly, they leave St John's as confident, aspirational, and resilient young individuals, aware of their own potential and their ability to leave a positive impression on the lives of others.

Boarding

Our vibrant boarding community, comprising of tailored (2 or 3 nights/ week), weekly and full boarders, enjoys a full evening & weekend program. The children are making the most of the school's facilities as well as the proximity to Windsor and London for regular trips. Special activities for the boarders include a Diving (PADI) course, treasure hunts in London and trips to exciting attractions such as Thorpe Park and Liquid Leisure.
