Based in Milton Keynes, we are a modern, private educator for children from the age of 6 months to 16 years.

At The Webber Independent School, we build within our children a lifelong love of learning, which will equip and prepare them for their individual journey to success - whatever that might be.

Life at Webber is vibrant, inclusive and academic. Our commitment to providing first-class individualised learning experiences that drive personal growth and development within each stage of the Webber journey is unwavering, whether your child joins us at 6 months old at The Webber Nursery or when they are in Senior School ready to take on GCSE examinations.

The culture of kindness is ingrained in our family. We value inclusivity and learning from one another's experiences, backgrounds, and cultures. We understand that each child's journey may start and stop at different stages, so we want to create a warm and welcoming environment where they can achieve their full potential.

We are committed to Achieving Excellence Together, and were awarded "Excellent" in all areas of our whole-school Focused Compliance and Educational Quality ISI, Independent School Inspection.

Life at Webber ignites passions, uncovers hidden talents and prepares our students for their individual journey through life. Creating tomorrow's makers and shapers is our mission. To ensure our curriculum offering is stimulating, current, relevant, and well-rounded, we have an entire team of educators dedicated to motivating and innovating.

As well as enriching the National Curriculum, we prepare our students for the future of study and work through real world learning and entrepreneurial skills. We deliver Key Stage Learning through to GCSEs, with specialisms in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), The Arts and Modern Foreign Languages. As part of the curriculum, we offer educational trips, clubs, societies, and work experience opportunities.

Additionally, we provide opportunities for students to develop leadership skills through participation in The Army Cadet Force, The Duke of Edinburgh's Award, Prefects and The Student Council.

In modern society and the workplace, technology plays an increasingly important role, and this trend is set to continue. At The Webber Independent we blend traditional academic subjects alongside enhanced digital skills; in lessons we utilise laptops, tablets and touchscreen technology, and offer holiday clubs with a digital focus such as computer science, coding workshops and robotics. In addition to developing collaboration and agile skills, our approach to Digital Citizenship prepares students for workplaces and higher education.

Creating a strong parent, student and teacher partnership is a key priority for the Webber team, it helps us ensure your son or daughter has the best educational experience with us.

In order to help our students achieve their personal goals, we help them set SMART goals and provide continuous feedback on their progress. Continuing to ensure achievement, we will provide up to six academic reports per year, send out a weekly personal tutor email, and schedule regular parent, teacher, and student consultations.

Throughout each Form Class, two Form Tutors provide exceptional pastoral care and close academic tracking and monitoring, ensuring first-class learning experiences. It only takes a visit to fully appreciate how unique our learning environment is. To experience the school in action, meet the teachers, and speak with some of our students, we welcome you to schedule an individual visit and tour.
