Oakfields Preparatory School is an independent day school located in Upminster, offering a bespoke and enriched curriculum for boys and girls aged 3 to 11. Set in a Grade II-listed mansion situated within seven acres of stunning grounds, our school provides bright and airy classrooms where children have ample space to learn and grow.

Our pupils consistently achieve highly impressive results in tests and exams for entry into senior school. With an enviable record of success, many of our pupils receive offers from some of the most prestigious schools in the UK, often securing scholarships through their musical, sporting, and academic achievements.
Our sports facilities include a floodlit court used for a variety of sports such as Tennis, Netball, and Hockey. We also have an indoor heated swimming pool on-site, complete with excellent changing facilities, where all our children from the summer term of Pre-Prep upwards receive swimming lessons led by specialist teachers.
To accommodate the needs of busy parents, we offer excellent wraparound care from 7:30 am to 5:45 pm.
