DLD College London is celebrating as it's shortlisted for a much-coveted national accolade in the highly-regarded ISA Awards.

The Westminster Bridge-based school competed against independent schools from around the UK, and is delighted to be announced as a finalist for the ISA Award for Innovation in Pupil Voice. As one of only three schools to be recognised for this honour, it is an exceptional achievement for DLD College London.

The ISA Awards is an annual event that celebrates success in its members’ schools, and recognises the breadth and quality of provision in independent education across the country.

Irfan Latif, Principal of DLD College London says, “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this prestigious award, and are grateful to everyone who has supported this innovation.

“Over the course of the year, our students have been on a remarkable journey, and we have continued to ensure that their voice is central to our ongoing initiatives and events that are happening both inside and outside the school. We are exceptionally proud of them.”

DLD College London is the only independent school in the heart of London with on-site boarding and is housed in highly contemporary, purpose-built premises on 199 Westminster Bridge Road, overlooking the Palace of Westminster and the River Thames.

The school offers students aged 14-19 the chance to study a wide range and flexible combinations of GCSEs, A-Levels, BTEC courses and International Foundation Programmes (IFP). It also offers an Academic Preparation Programme (APC).

As part of the Alpha Plus Group, DLD College London provides a 'gold standard' of educational quality. Classes are small, enabling students and teachers to focus upon the most effective ways of learning and to provide them with the highest levels of pastoral care. The school’s beating heart is its award-winning wellbeing centre.
