Highfield and Brookham Schools Centenary Bursaries Fund has been boosted to the tune of £66,000 courtesy of the bi-annual bursaries ball at the end of the summer term. The sizeable cash injection will help “bridge the advantage gap”.
There has been a sevenfold increase in applications from external candidates for means-tested bursaries at Pocklington School. This follows the School's continued drive to encourage a culture of giving back and increase accessibility to the school.
Two former pupils paid a special visit to Pocklington School recently to meet the outgoing Head Boy and Head Girl and show their support for the School’s new ‘Shape the Future’ campaign to raise money for bursaries.
Brentwood School is a proud member of The London Fee Assistance Consortium (LFAC) and supports the group’s ongoing ambition to raise awareness of the financial support available to students hoping to attend one of the top schools in and around London.
Children and parents, past and present, from Highfield and Brookham Schools in Liphook recently gathered to help plant 46 new beech trees in the school grounds helping to raise £15,369.60 for the Highfield School Centenary Bursaries Fund.
