The U9 A-team at Bromley High Junior School are to be congratulated on achieving a very impressive second place, winning silver medals and qualifying for the English Primary Schools Chess Association (EPSCA) semi-finals in May.
With flourishing chess clubs at school, we are delighted that 17 Bromley High Junior School girls took part in the EPSCA zonal competition that was held on 3rd February 2018 at Eltham College.
All teams played well against strong competition from local schools and the U9 A-team of Sophia, Rhea, Phoebe, Anjola, Alina and team captain Roxolana are to be congratulated on achieving a very impressive second place, winning silver medals and qualifying for the EPSCA semi-finals in May.
