Gardener Schools Group announces new through school policy

The Gardener Schools Group, which contains four independent day schools in London, two preparatory and two senior have announced a new through school policy.

Pupils at Ravenscourt Park Preparatory School and Kew Green Preparatory School will now be offered automatic entry into the group’s senior schools Kew House School (TW8) and Maida Vale School (W9).

In all but exceptional circumstances, this will offer the guarantee of 4-18 years education for those families who would like to choose this path. This is a unique opportunity for pupils to stay within educational institutions that take a holistic approach to education with a balanced focus on a child’s intellectual, moral, spiritual, physical and emotional development. Of course, for those wishing to choose other senior schools, the group’s preparatory schools will continue to support and prepare children for their external examinations, maintaining their long track record of success at 11+.

The Gardener Schools Group schools engender confidence and self-esteem in their pupils, leading to intellectual risk taking and a love of a learning. The values of respect, compassion, tolerance and community responsibility are cultivated in each pupil.

As a family company founded by teachers Maria and Edward Gardener in 1991, the group is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year and are delighted to announce this new through-school opportunity.
