Hazlegrove Prep School starts the new term having said goodbye to their departing Year 8 pupils who are going on to a wide range of senior schools with an impressive array of scholarships.

Over the past three years, the school has consistently achieved 30+ scholarships and awards on an annual basis to leading senior schools around the country including Marlborough, Eton, Sherborne, Cheltenham Ladies' College, not forgetting King's School Bruton.

The school prides itself in offering the best in education to the children in its care and, despite being largely non-selective at its point of intake, always sees children leaving prep school education and heading off to their senior school of choice.

The Headmaster, Mr Mark White, formerly of the Dragon School, enjoyed the opportunity of wishing all of the Year 8 pupils the very best of luck in their future endeavours at the annual Leavers' Dinner held in the grounds of Hazlegrove, at the end of the summer term.
