Impressive A level, BTEC and IFP results at DLD College London

Students and staff at DLD College London are celebrating this morning (16 August), following exceptional A level, BTEC and International Foundation Programme (IFP) results.

The jubilant cohort collected their results from the Westminster Bridge-based college, boasting an encouraging A level pass rate of 97%, 100% at BTEC and 93% at IFP.

This year, despite the new A level reforms and over 20% of universities offering unconditional offers, DLD students have achieved 30% A*–A grades, 56% A*–B and 86% A*–C – results above the national average.

Betty Liang achieved an exceptional A*A*AA in her A levels and will now go on to study Architecture at the prestigious Bartlett School of Architecture at University College, London. Tom Darbyshire, who achieved Business D*D*D* in the Business BTEC, will be reading Business and Management at the University of York; while Nguyen Loc, who achieved 86% in the Economics and Business IFP, will be reading Business Management at King’s College London.

The students have been incredibly determined throughout their time at college, showing great confidence and resilience, and the staff have worked hard to ensure that each individual reaches their potential.
