Churcher's College is an Independent day school for boys and girls from 3-18 years of age offering Nursery, Junior, Senior and Sixth Form education. With around 865 pupils in the Senior School and 225 pupils in the Junior School (not including the Nursery) of approximately equal numbers of boys and girls, Churcher's College enjoys recognition as one of the most accomplished independent, co-educational day schools in the country.

The school is hosted on two sites in Hampshire which enables the Junior School and Nursery pupils to flourish in their own beautiful grounds in Liphook, whilst maintaining close links to the Senior School and Sixth Form located in nearby Petersfield. Both sites offer extensive on-site playing fields and unrivalled facilities, providing the comfort and opportunities of an open, healthy environment.

Churcher's College offers the widest range of experiences and the opportunity to be the best. The school has received independent acknowledgement for its academic success, creative and performing arts, adventurous activities and sporting achievements. Churcher's is an inclusive school where parents, children, staff and friends all contribute to the rich and broad education provided. We aim to nurture children into educated informed, socially responsible and respectful citizens ready to succeed in life.

“I am hugely impressed with the number of opportunities that have been made available to me throughout my time at Churcher’s. I have taken part in the Biology, Chemistry, and Physics Olympiads and completed an EPQ on human evolution. I have also been very fortunate to receive an offer to study Natural Sciences at Cambridge where I hope to continue my education in Chemistry, Cell Biology and Maths. As for extra-curricular opportunities I have thoroughly enjoyed the adventurous activities available. These have included the 2016 Devizes to Westminster kayak marathon and completions of the Ten Tors and the Welsh 3000’s events. However, my highlight has been going on expedition to the Galapagos for 5 weeks. The last seven years have been incredibly busy and even more enjoyable due to the huge array of opportunities available in all areas of school life.” Pupil

"Thank you … we are very proud of her … she is absolutely over the moon to be going to her first choice of university. We wanted to say what a wonderful two years she has had at Churcher’s – she has never been so happy at school and has done amazingly well in all areas as well as creating a great friendship group – we couldn’t have asked for more!"

Sixth form parent

"Our family feel hugely privileged to have discovered Churcher’s and its team."

Senior school parent

"By the time the pupils leave the school they are well balanced, thoughtful and considerate individuals with an excellent standard of personal development."

"Teachers have strong knowledge which they present enthusiastically to their pupils; this acts as a stimulus for increasingly sophisticated thinking."

"The extra-curricular provision is excellent."

ISI Inspection 2015
