Feltonfleet is a leading preparatory school for girls and boys aged 3-13, conveniently located near the A3, M25 and A245, and with daily bus routes from South London and the southern Home Counties. A rural oasis amongst the urban hustle, Feltonfleet offers a warm and inclusive community in which individuals really matter.

Daily life at Feltonfleet revolves around four fundamental principles: honesty, responsibility, respect and kindness. Head, Shelley Lance, describes that children 'take time to stop, think and breathe in challenging moments', which creates a tranquil environment. The atmosphere she has cultivated fosters pupils' inquisitiveness and critical thinking - as well as immersion in their education - and is of a piece with Lance's passion for stretching childhoods and avoiding 'destination school' stress.

Each year 100% of pupils secure places at first-rate senior schools, with typically one in three pupils awarded a scholarship. The school enjoys excellent connections with a wide range of senior schools, and offers families valuable guidance and support to find the right destination school for each pupil.

Every pupil benefits from specialist teaching and use of Feltonfleet's facilities, including swimming pool, MUGAs, sports hall with climbing wall, tennis courts, theatre, science labs, DT workshop, Art studio, and two rifle ranges on top of scenic sports fields and woodland.

To facilitate busy family lives, co-curricular clubs and supervision are available from 06:30 - 18:30. Whilst the majority are day pupils, there is a small boarding house. Pupils may join this community of 'Feltonfleet Knights' (complete with knighting ceremony!) from Year 3. Flexi options are incredibly popular with parents, who view it as helping their children prepare for senior school by encouraging greater independence. Other parents report their children board because they 'want nothing more than to stay over at school with their friends, despite us living 10 minutes away'!
