Newcastle under Lyme School offers an excellent education for its pupils at all levels. We offer outstanding facilities, excellent teaching and a track record of county-leading results in Staffordshire. We are recognised as one of the top independent schools in the West Midlands region.

We know that parents want an unrivalled experience for their child from the outset of their education. Our Little NULS Nursery has recently undergone a full refurbishment, making it an excellent space for pupils to play, discover and learn. Our littlest pupils also benefit from an on-site forest school, our extensive grounds and a wealth of other facilities.

In our Prep School we build on that great start and develop our pupils through a rich and varied curriculum and co-curricular programme. Our Prep pupils learn to cook, play musical instruments, to swim in our pool, they can learn judo and much more. With access to the Senior School's pitches, cricket nets, Design and Art Studios, Swimming Pool, Science laboratories, Food Technology kitchens and with its own ICT Lab, Art Room and Library, a NULS Prep School day is quite unlike any other.

As our Prep pupils move to our Senior School, they are challenged every day to work hard and to develop as people. We are rated Excellent for Academic and Personal Development by the ISI - the highest rating. When moving towards Sixth Form, University and Careers, we encourage them to play sport, play music, take part in drama productions and the wealth of other opportunities on offer. Whether a pupil is a CCF Cadet, a DofE Bronze participant, a budding Oxbridge Scientist or all three, we will shape an education to fit them.

We would love to meet any parents who are interested in places at our Little NULS Nursery, Prep School, Senior School or Sixth Form. Come for a tour with our Headmaster or make a virtual appointment.
