At Radnor House we bring a breath of fresh air to independent education in this part of the world. We are a selective co-educational day school enjoying a stunning location on the banks of the River Thames in Twickenham, easy to access with superb public transport links and three school coach routes. First rate sporting facilities with sports grounds at St Mary’s university and, from September 2019, at Teddington Cricket Club in the beautiful Bushy Park, all just a few minutes away. Our pupils thrive in small classes with a strong focus on individual attention. We are a ‘through school’ educating and inspiring boys and girls from 9 to 18, with three main entry points in Year 5, Year 7 and Year 12.

We prefer encouragement to pressure. We stretch, challenge and support every pupil through inspirational teaching, proactive pastoral care and a wide range of co-curricular activities. A top quality education and a genuinely friendly atmosphere combine to create an exceptional environment with proven outcomes of success, where happy children enjoy a busy, enriched school life supported by an actively involved parent community.

Our core values of courage, excellence, perseverance and respect are at the heart of our ethos and permeate everything we do. We create every opportunity for the children to develop the all-important skills of teamwork, co-operation and diplomacy, to help them fine-tune their emotional intelligence, both in the classroom and beyond.

Recent productions of ‘My Fair Lady’ and ‘The Witches’ have showcased the strength of our performing arts, while sports tours, charity work, an enviable wide range of co-curricular activities and an engaging academic enrichment programme encourage everyone to participate and thrive. The passions and enthusiasms that children develop at school stay with them throughout their lives, and we strongly believe in the development of an active learning environment for limitless minds. Visit us on one of our Open Days, held on Saturdays in May, October and November each year, or enjoy a school tour during the school day. Booking is available via our website
