Whole school at Manor House runs for 'Race for Life'

And they're off! Every girl at Manor House School ran in our very own 'Race for Life' in support of Cancer Research UK on Friday 18 October.

It was fantastic to see such community spirit today, when our whole school came together in support of a very worthy charitable cause. Following our hugely successful Surrey Macmillan Cancer Big Breakfast Fundraiser in late September, we held another fundraising event today involving every year group, in support of Cancer Research UK. Every Manor House girl in the Prep and Senior School donated £2 to take part in our school's very own 'Race for Life', wearing an item of pink over their school uniform to run or walk as close to 5k as possible. It was a real occasion to see every year group running out onto the sports fields in recognition of helping others who are fighting cancer.

All proceeds will be sent to Cancer Research UK shortly.
