The Pocklington School Foundation Careers and Business Network held its latest event in Leeds recently, with the focus for the evening on careers in business and law.

Pocklington School welcomed former student Nicholas Pollard, Group Chief Executive of Cory Riverside Energy, to its latest Careers & Business Network event recently, where he spoke of his diverse career since leaving the school in 1976.
Pocklington School has been working closely with digital learning developers Chatta, who have produced innovative learning apps which are being used to develop children’s oral communication skills in the UK and overseas.
Pupils at Pocklington School continued the philanthropic aims of its founder John Dolman by raising £7165 for charities this year, as well as spending time helping in the local community.
