​Cranleigh Schools are pleased to announce the shortlist for this year’s Awesome Book Awards. The prize, now in its sixth year, celebrates the best works of fiction for young readers aged between 7 and 10.

Lainee Gray, aged 10, has been named the London regional winner in an annual contest designed to highlight the range of roles within the NHS, and encourage young people to consider a health or care career.

A leading independent school in Hampshire is in the running for a prestigious award. Despite a record number of entries, Highfield and Brookham Schools in Liphook have been shortlisted in the Pre-Prep of the Year category in the Independent School of the Year awards.
