12-year-old Ruby Light stunned riders and spectators at the Al Shira’aa Bolesworth Young Horse Championships, coming second only to international adult rider Jay Halim.
Millfield has appointed accomplished event rider Mel Wilder as Equestrian Sports Programme Manager, beginning in September 2020. Mel will work with Millfield’s newly titled Chief Coach Danny Anholt, who has been the Director of Equestrian Sports at Millfield since 2000.

Phil Burgess (England and Great Britain Sevens player) joins Cranleigh School this September as the new Head of Rugby and 1st XV coach. He will be leading the rugby programme until the end of December before continuing his preparation for the 2021 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, with the GB Sevens Team.
