Towards the end of the Summer Term, Year 2 at Highfield and Brookham Schools were learning about descriptive writing in Literacy with a particular focus on writing poems. Their teacher, Mrs Staring, was so impressed with their efforts that she felt she had to send their poems to Blue Peter.

​Last weekend three brothers from Selborne, Hampshire completed a charity bike ride. Collectively they covered 90km, which was split equally between them and their dad, Richard. Ted, age 8, William, age 6, and Harry, age 4, who are all pupils at Highfield and Brookham Schools in Liphook, were inspired to raise money for The Prince’s Trust after a recent trip to Winchester.

For many years, Highfield and Brookham Schools have supported The Liphook Day Centre for the elderly through their annual Sunday Harvest Festival Service.

Every year children at Highfield and Brookham Schools support a charity. The children are given the opportunity to vote for the charity they want to support and last academic year The King’s Arms Charity, based in Petersfield, was their chosen cause.

​It has been widely reported that independent schools across the country have seen a rise in enquiries over the last few months during the global pandemic, and Highfield and Brookham Schools, in Liphook, are certainly one of these schools. This September they welcomed 71 new pupils to their schools.

​From 6th to 8th August, ​Highfield and Brookham Schools in Liphook welcomed 15 children and young adults for their annual Highfield Highreach Holiday.
