King’s Rochester pupils have raised an outstanding £2,600 for the homeless charity Porchlight. Pupils presented them with a cheque during a special Chapel service at Rochester Cathedral.
Rebecca Dale's debut album ‘Materna Requiem’ received its world premiere at The North Wales International Music Festival, held in St Asaph Cathedral on Saturday 22nd September. Edward Hyde was invited by the prestigious Welsh National Opera to sing as the treble soloist in an outstanding performance.
On Thursday 13th September King’s Rochester Preparatory School celebrated Roald Dahl Day – the school was filled with Twits, Gloops, Giants, Foxes, Matildas, Crocodiles and Roly Poly Birds.
On Monday 10 September, six new King’s Scholars were entered onto the Foundation of Rochester Cathedral in a special cathedral service led by the Dean of Rochester.
King’s Rochester has a strong reputation for maximising the potential of pupils and this year was no exception as students achieved excellent A level results.
