Stroud School in Romsey is excited to announce that four of its pupils have been selected to represent the ‘Prep School Lions’ in the Football World Youth Cup (Gothia Cup) in Gothenburg, Sweden in July.

Stroud School holds languages and culture day

On Thursday 7 November, Stroud School held its Language and Culture Day. Held every two years, the aim of this day is to promote language, culture and civilisations. The focus of the day was on French, Spanish, German and Japanese languages, however, the school also ran some fantastic activities that touched on other cultures, such as Portuguese, Afrikaan, Turkish, Danish, Punjabi and Chinese /Mandarin.

Stroud School, Romsey, embraces outdoor learning

Despite the wind and rain, Stroud School pupils enjoyed a day of outdoor learning for Outside the Classroom Day part of a global initiative to celebrate and inspire outdoor learning. In 2018, over 350 million children worldwide took part, more than 550,000 were in the UK and Ireland.
