Over 200 enthusiastic students from five schools across Berkshire were lucky enough to hear molecular biologist, geneticist and television presenter Dr Emily Grossman deliver the inaugural STEAM lecture at Leighton Park School’s STEAM Careers Fair on Monday 2nd July.
Somerset artist and sculptor Fiona Campbell returned to Hazlegrove Prep School to view her art installation which was created as part of the Hazelgrove Festival of Wellbeing held earlier this year.
Pocklington School’s new £3m art and design technology centre was officially opened on Friday 18 May 2018 in a ceremony attended by more than 150 guests including campaign donors, governors, staff and students.
This week Churcher’s College pupils and parents enjoyed a ‘Private View’ of their art work in the Flora Twort Gallery in Petersfield Museum, St Peter’s Road.
Pupils at Churcher’s College Junior School & Nursery have collaborated with children from their chosen charity The Kings Arms to create a calico/drawn patchwork quilt depicting their dreams, with each child drawing their individual dream on a square.
