Moreton First Prep School near Oswestry are celebrating having been awarded ‘Overall Primary School Winner’ at this years, Chester Arts Fair.

Year 4 pupil Alina Muss from Moreton First Prep School has been recognised in a regional art competition hosted by Weston Park, former home to the Earls of Bradford, and proudly has her work exhibited in the Granary Art Gallery.

At Churcher’s College Junior School and Nursery the last week before half term was Arts Week. This year the children decided they wanted to support their partner school in Nepal – UWS Mude and they were keen to learn all about the culture of Nepal.

Vicki Ostersen of Treefrog Art is bringing ‘The Big Draw’ to Petersfield. Vicki has enthused 1600 children from schools across town aged between 4 and 11 years old to participate in an inclusive project which will culminate in all artwork being on display, adorning the pillars of St Peter’s Church for the October half term week. The schools involved in The Big Draw project are; Churcher's College Junior School & Nursery, Petersfield Infant School, Herne Junior School, Langrish Primary, Sheet Primary, Steep Primary and Froxfield C of E Primary.
