In February, King's School Rochester pupils had the opportunity to take part in a creative writing workshop led by the award-winning novelist for historical fiction, Philippa Gregory, on behalf of The British Library.

Neil Jones the Tower Captain for Rochester Cathedral and the Current Chairman of the KCACR (Kent County Association of Change Ringers), Mark Elvers OR and Laura MacDonald OR have all enjoyed sharing the unique skill of bell ringing to a variety of enthusiastic King’s pupils who have joined the school bell ringing club this term.

​Year 6 pupil Ruaraidh M (6H) of Kings School Rochester had a musical adventure over the half term break! He spent an incredibly enriching weekend with the National Children's Orchestras (NCO) at Goldsmiths, University of London, and had a wonderful time.

On the 8th of February, a dedicated team of 12 cadets from our RAF section proudly represented King's School Rochester in the regional Royal Air Squadron Trophy competition.

King's School Rochester are thrilled to share some exciting news for Year 8: the upstairs of the Prep School library has been transformed into a dedicated space for the Year 8 pupils to gather during break and lunch times.

King’s School Rochester Upper Sixth music pupils have had the opportunity to hear Antonín Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 (From the New World) live in concert at Cadogan Hall last week.
