​Highfield and Brookham Schools are celebrating yet another year of scholarship success. The 17 scholarships and awards achieved are to a diverse range of top senior schools including Wellington College, Cranleigh School, Radley College and Marlborough College.

​Performing Arts at Brentwood School enjoy an enviable national reputation and the Faculty’s prolific remote learning offering has only further enhanced its standing.

​​Millfield Rugby lock and back row forward Ewan Richards from Street, Somerset, has been named as one of only seven players from the Bath Rugby U18 Academy to progress to the senior academy, continuing his progress towards a professional career in the sport.

More than 120 boys took part in Tonbridge School’s Staveley Competition, which was judged by renowned poet Jonathan Edwards.

As schools returned (both virtually and physically) for the last half of the Summer Term, pupils at Hemel Hempstead-based Lockers Park School enjoyed taking part in a series of Outdoor Learning Challenges to celebrate National Outdoor Classroom Day. The global campaign seeks to make outdoor learning a cornerstone of every child’s day, mirroring Lockers Park’s approach to schooling.

Many of us can remember our first day at school. For some it may be a distant memory, belonging now in History books, when chalk and talk lead us through the curriculum. The school children of 2020 will also have their moment in History books, as the effects of COVID-19 led to lessons moving online and all-new activities being planned.
