Highfield and Brookham Schools are a Nursery, Pre-prep and Prep school for boys and girls aged 2-13. They are located in the South Downs National Park and offer both day and boarding options for children. Boarding used to be compulsory but Headmaster, Phillip Evitt, abolished this in 1999 and now boarding is optional for children from Year 4.
Cranleigh formally opened a new girls’ boarding house to enhance its dedicated boarding community. The opening follows a period of new building and refurbishment and underlines Cranleigh’s position as Surrey’s most mature co-educational boarding environment.
Tom Gordon, a direct descendant of General Charles Gordon officially opened Gordon School’s fifth residential boarding house on Sunday, in the presence of Trustees; Governors, parents, staff and students.
